1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Launch Pack website and any services you purchase from The Launch Pack, a brand operated by Redefinition Technologies Inc., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

The Launch Pack provides productized go-to-market services for early-stage startups. The specific deliverables, timeline, and price for each engagement are confirmed in writing before any work begins. The scope confirmed at kickoff is the scope of the engagement.

One round of revisions is included in scope for both the Positioning Sprint Pack and the Launch Pack. Requests beyond that round will be quoted separately before any additional work is undertaken.

3. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at the start of each engagement. Work begins upon receipt of payment or as otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables produced for the client become the client's property. The client may use, modify, and deploy the deliverables without restriction.

The Launch Pack retains the right to reference completed work as portfolio samples unless the client specifically requests confidentiality in writing before the engagement begins.

5. Client Responsibilities

Timely and complete responses to intake questionnaires, review checkpoints, and revision requests are required for delivery within the stated timeline. Delays in client responses may extend the delivery timeline proportionally.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Launch Pack provides go-to-market materials and strategic guidance. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as funding secured, revenue generated, or launch traction achieved. Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or an engagement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
